Established since 2015 in Spa and 6 other neighboring towns, this network of nature running, and Nordic walking offers one of the best infrastructures of marked out courses in Europe. The city of Spa has 4 permanent routes of 5, 10, 22 and 32 kilometers and is directly connected, via the surrounding forests and fens, to the running territories of Stavelot, Stoumont, Theux and Jalhay. Spa is also one of the points of passage for the UTDS (Ultra Tour des Sources) which offers a short 159 KM ride in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.
